Mini quiche

A cocktail party favourite for anyone who has tried them, they all disappear and are super easy to make.

You can slightly bake the bread cases in advance and seal in a plastic bag plus mix all the egg mixture ingredients together and keep in the fridge for party prep.

I like to keep the bacon separate and sprinkle in to keep a few vegetarian options as well.

Perfect for party season time!
