Banana Bran Muffins

I am in baking mood!

With over-ripe bananas I could not bring myself to throw away when they make wonderful muffins like these!

I even placed a chunk of dark chocolate in the centre of each which worked perfectly.

Great for lunchboxes and afternoon tea.
