A big batch baked on a tray with those nutritious chickpeas - need some lunchbox or vegetarian inspiration ?
I like to sprinkle some with a little chilli flakes too..

ps did you know adding some sesame seeds or tahini sauce (mix with yoghurt) will make this dish a complete protein combination too.
