Birthday butter cake with a chocolate ganache icing

Mila found this one!

I call it the Goldilocks cake as it is the only one my fussy 10 year old adores. She loves it!

I like to use her favourite chocolate too - the Lindy dark sea salt caramel for the icing.

It is the best bday cake!
