Chorizo with Peppers and Chickpeas

A wonderful recipe to keep the cook out of the kitchen - it slowly cooks, the flavours inter-mingle, is easy to prepare - great for a casual lunch/dinner or as a starter to a Spanish feast - it simmers away and fills the room while people arrive. Great on toast the next day with Hummus.
