After a fantastic trip to Tasmania (where we had to evac from fires in Port Arthur!) the recipe on return is to pay homage to the amazing berries we ate down there. Was the foodie highlight for me.

If you need a last minute dessert this is also the go - simple to make where the specialty bread does most of the work for you, and can be cooked in advance and reheated on the day.
