A great holiday recipe to feed the masses - easily doubled and tripled etc with only a handful of ingredients required, and tastes fantastic.
Sprinkle on top of salads, or as a crust for fish, or simply next to a bowl of quality olive oil and some fresh bread for dipping - adds a so much flavour so easily.

I prepared the labna days before as it is much cheaper to make yourself and so easy, then let the lamb roast all day.
I even prepped the pomegranate and froze the seeds til needed.
