Vichyssoise Soup - French Leek and Potato Soup

Puree to velvet smooth, or sieve if you need to.
Served with a splash of cream to bring out the rich flavour, and you have one of the best starters to any meal
I served this as soup shots for a special occasion recently and every single person commented on their enjoyment.
Make the most of the end of the berry season with this wonderful French desser t- you can have it ready for the oven in advance, serve with cream or ice cream, and it looks beautiful.
