New Recipe! Spinach Dahl with Puy Lentils

Spinach Dahl with Puy Lentils

Part of an Indian banquet meal from last night, this was inspired by a dish I adored at the old Oh! Calcutta restaurant in Darlinghurst.

I love the use of Puy Lentils rather than your usual split peas etc.
