I was asked especially for this recipe this week for someone wanting to increase the vegie meals during the week, and having tried this delicious spicy stew from me previously - it is a top vegie favourite.

For some slow roasting inspiration this is so full of flavour. I was given three Indian whole roast lamb recipes to try and this was the winner, plus it even comes from an old Women's Weekly 70's recipe!

Part of an Indian banquet meal from last night, this was inspired by a dish I adored at the old Oh! Calcutta restaurant in Darlinghurst.
I love the use of Puy Lentils rather than your usual split peas etc.
