Easy Chocolate Slice

So easy – a great coconut flavour and reminds you of Anzac biscuits with a chocolate topping. Make sure to let cool in the tin to firm up or the slice will crumble apart.

"I thought of this one from Home Economics class at Telopea in Year 7!!  Yes, the class we took together... Slice is so simple that the kids make it and once you have made it once you'll never forget the ingredients and quantities!" – Melody Davidson-Black.
