Homemade Ice Magic!

(Chocolate sauce that turns crack hard once poured over ice cream)
In a double boiler, melt 250g dark chocolate with 2 tbsp coconut oil and a pinch of salt, stirring til smooth and glossy.
Allow to cool slightly then pour over ice cream, wait 30 seconds for it to harden then tuck in!
You can add some extra flavours for a special adult dessert - ground ginger, chilli, garam masala, or lavender..max 1 tsp of flavouring should add the right amount of punch - watch the chilli though!
