Jerusalem Artichoke Soup

Available now, this unique vegetable makes the most delicious soup.

Looks similar to ginger and can be tricky to peel, but is worth the effort for the special flavour it imparts.

I made this as a starter for my mum's birthday cocktail party and almost every person asked me for the recipe! Here it is!
