Recipe of the Week - Smoked Trout and Spinach Tart

I love seeing beautiful tarts on a communal table, and especially in the lovely rectangular tart tin - You can sub the short crust for puff, and change the fillings around as you like, pouring the custard base around - I made a simple one with kale spinach and feta the other day which worked perfectly.
