Recipe of the Week - Sweet Corn Shot Soup

Sweet Corn Shot Soup

This was our starter last night before some gourmet hot dogs.

With some great value corn around right now its an easy and frugal winter soup.

I recommend either sieving it for a velvet smooth corn soup spiced with nutmeg, or adding some shredded chicken and ginger for a more chunky Asian corn soup.
