Recipe of the week - Twice baked cheese soufflé with a Parmesan cream sauce

Who doesn't love a fluffy, decadent cheesy, soufflé!
And this is so easy!
You can even prep it all in advance down to the last 10 minute second cook.
From a generous chef in the Hunter Valley who wrote this down for me years ago in the Blaxlands restaurant.
Thank you!

Recipe of the week! Hungarian "slipped pancakes" aka Csusztatott Palacsinta

Sweet time!
To round out the meal after the beautiful Hungarian layered pork dish maybe:) This is simple and stunning.
I love this dessert!
A family traditional hand me down in the Kalmar family, it is well worth the effort.
And if you can please buy a delicious Hungarian dessert wine called Tokay to have with it - the combination is wonderful, and you can transport yourself a little to Europe..

New recipe - Stir-fried salt pork and garlic stems

A Spice Temple Neil Perry dish - trying to help bring the restaurants to your home!
I love this recipe.
Once the pork has been simmered in the salted stock til tender, it is a flash fry quick meal.
You must serve it with the pickles as together the complete meal has flavour wow factor.
