I am cooking up an Indian feast based around my favourite fish curry with fenugreek, and this is always a side dish at my Indian banquets.
I adore puy lentils and spinach is just the most perfect green to have with Indian food.

Based on a Jamie Oliver recipe this has been a winner this week.
For the family I roll little ones for the kids to enjoy and leave out the lemon, plus I even made a huge batch so I could serve some at a kiddy birthday gathering without the passata, just served with tomato sauce on the side.
The adults adore the recipe as is, so is a wonderful dinner party meal that you can make well in advance and bake away trough the early part of the evening.

Baked Figs with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola
Fresh figs are everywhere right now and don't keep well, so need eating straight away - grab some prosciutto and any blue cheese you love and you have a ready to go easy starter to any meal that is delicious!

Happy Chinese New Year!
This is the main dish I served for my last big birthday bash as it is perfect in summer and I adore this combination of Chinese roast duck, mango and a fresh salad with a beautiful roasted hazelnut dressing.
Amazing.
Based on a favourite lunch at the Tipsy Fig in Milton NSW.
Easy to double or triple to serve the masses too.
