This recipe has made it round every office I have worked since I found it as it is too easy and too delicious.

Was even the requested centre dish for a 40th last year too it is so good.

This was our starter last night before some gourmet hot dogs.

With some great value corn around right now its an easy and frugal winter soup.

I recommend either sieving it for a velvet smooth corn soup spiced with nutmeg, or adding some shredded chicken and ginger for a more chunky Asian corn soup.

Dinner last night as it is so easy and full of flavour - it is like a stew so it can sit there bubbling away nicely

I served it with a yoghurt tahini mix and some mash. Is great with toast and hummus too.
