This marinade works with either of these three cuts of lamb - slow cooking a lamb shoulder, searing lamb cutlets or roasting lamb fillets.
It has so much punch to it I love it.
Servedwith yoghurt and Nicola's couscous to mop up the juices, you can choose whichever cut suits the time available or the style you are going for.
