Puy lentil salad with baby rocket leaves

Another wonderful BBQ or picnic salad and super easy to prep.

A Neil Perry recipe that he likes to serve with BBQ'd chicken in a lovely rub of allspice, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, thyme, S&P.

Drizzled with a mustard sauce.

The combination is a winner!
