Recipe of the Week - Champagne Poached Strawberries with Rosewater

Thai Stir-fried Minced Beef with Chillies and Basil
David Thompson street food classic, with only a handful of ingredients (as per picture), that you could easily have already in the pantry.
This is a quick, spicy and comforting dinner for 2 or more.

I substitute with pork or beef and sometimes vegetarian only, they all work as the spices and fragrance are a beautiful base already.
Spaghetti with Zucchini and Spinach
Vegetarian week continues and this is full of goodness - dark leafy greens make the puree to coat the pasta (which itself is delicious), the zucchini adds more flavour and texture. Based on a recipe by Adam Liaw from SMH.
