New Recipe! Mixed Salad with a Warm Bacon Dressing

Chinese New Year inspiration - I am cooking this tomorrow!
It is so easy, prep the ingredients before you start cooking and it is ready in a flash once you turn on the heat - you need a good high sear, I use my electric wok which I recommend if you stir fry a lot.
An old classic done in 15 minutes!

A fresh, light summer meal which can me adjusted for any number of guests - perfect for this hot weather!
